Winter Reading Program Events

Tech Teacher, by appointment most Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Want to learn how to use the mouse, surf the internet, send an email, make a Facebook account, or have some other technology question? Make an appointment and talk with our tech to learn how to use a computer or your device.  Reservations and $5 deposit required, at the Reference Desk, at least 24 hours in advance.

Friday, January 8, 6pm – WRP Kick Off Game Night
Board games, card games, video games, we’ll have a wide variety of games to choose from.  We’ll even have board game based movies to choose from if someone in your family would rather watch a movie. Bring your dinner if you’d like.  All ages.

Saturday, January 9, 1pm – Craft: Silk Screening
Come learn how to print using silk screening with supplies you probably have around your home.  This program is free to observe, however if you would like to make a print at the program a supply list will be provided at the Reference Desk.  Reservations and $5 deposit required, at the Reference Desk, at least 48 hours in advance.

A book club with graphic novels, manga, & comics. Jr High grades.

Friday, March 11, 6pm – Winter Reading Program Finale Library Jeopardy!
Test your trivia knowledge in our version of Jeopardy with Faux-Alex Trebek.  Open to all adults and teens who enjoy group trivia.  Just remember to answer in the form of a question.
