Monday, January 26, 6pm – Craft: Wall Art Mosaic
Come learn how to make a decorative wall hanging with book pages and cut outs.  This program is free to observe, however if you would like to make a mosaic at the program a supply list will be provided at the Reference Desk.  Reservations and $5 deposit required, at the Reference Desk, at least 48 hours in advance.

Saturday, January 31, 1pm – Foodie Feastivals Recipe Exchange and Pot Luck: Healthy Remakes of Comfort Foods
Bring a small batch as a sample and copies of the recipe.  If you give us a copy of the recipe by noon the day before, we will make copies.  Reservations required, at the Reference Desk, at least 48 hours in advance.

There are many fiction books with recipes, and cookbooks based on fiction books or series.  Make a dish from any book related recipe and bring it in to share.  Because of food sensitivities, you must bring a copy of the recipe. Thursday, March 5, 1pm – Music Program: Poetry in Music by Primal Mates
A delightful meeting of music and poetry ranging from Shakespeare to Kerouac. In the tradition of the classical art song, where composers wrote music for the poetry to be sung, the chamber jazz duo Primal Mates combines a variety of writers and poets with the beautiful sound of voice, cello, and vibraphone for a truly unique listening experience.
